Representative Jennifer Mandelbaum completes HBA Global Ambassador Program for leadership development

Representative Mandelbaum has completed the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Ambassador Program, a prestigious leadership development initiative designed for emerging leaders in HBA’s corporate partner organizations. The 12-month program focuses on bridging gaps in professional development and aims to elevate women to influential decision-making roles. Participants set personal development goals, collaborate on group initiatives, and receive guidance from HBA-trained advisors to accelerate their careers. The program fosters connections, promotes equity and inclusion, and strengthens professional networks, empowering women to take on leadership roles and inspire others within their organizations and industries.

As co-chair of both the Research and Content subcommittees, Representative Mandelbaum spearheaded a pivotal initiative to enhance and expand athenahealth’s Spanish language services. Her leadership in driving comprehensive research and content development played a key role in advancing this strategic effort, ensuring greater accessibility and inclusivity for Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers.
